Over the course of January, we will engage in a variety of hands-on sessions that encourage creative exploration and foster self-expression. Each session focuses on introducing participants to different artistic mediums and techniques that have been designed and curated to invite playful, emergent, and imaginative ways of engaging with art-making.
The sense of play will assist and enhance creativity, allowing us to experiment freely. Through this workshop series, you'll have the opportunity to explore various approaches to art-making, engaging your senses, muscles, and skills in the playful discovery of the emergent image.
Inspired by the whispers of the artistic muse, we'll enter the new year exploring where images come from and the interactive emergence of creativity. We'll experiment with tactility and rhythm whilst focusing on experiences that enhance our awareness of what we touch, see, and taste, and how these elements can find their harmonious representation in art-making.
Our main objective is to become familiar with diverse art mediums—learning how to use them, how to test their possibilities, and how to engage with them in conversation—rather than fixating on the creation of a final image or product.

Guided Exploration: Led by arts therapist Adi, this workshop is tailored in supporting you to enter your own version of creativity and art making.
