Adi is a psychotherapist who supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, emotions, and inner knowing. She works with adults navigating trauma, life transitions, anxiety, identity exploration, and relationship challenges.

Her sessions offer a space to slow down, tune in, and gently explore what’s beneath the surface—at your own pace, in your own way. With a warm and grounded presence, Adi offers therapy as a collaborative, compassionate process where all parts of you are welcome.

Guidance and support in integrating insights from altered states into everyday life. Together, we work to stabilise and organise noble experiences through embodied sense-making of both ordinary and non-ordinary states.

With a rich background in design and jewellery making, Adi embraces creativity as a tool for reflection and exploration. She warmly welcomes those who are curious about integrating their creative spirit into therapy, offering a space where imagination and expression can unfold alongside verbal reflection.
